Confirmation of the Convocation 2011 has been Extended to 28/9/2011

Dear Graduates,

 

Reminder on the Confirmation of the Convocation 2011 Attendance. Please be informed that the period of confirmation has been extended to 28^th September 2011. We noticed that most of the Graduates has missed the STEPS 2: Confirmation of Graduate Attendance & Making Payment.

 

 

Please follow below THREE (3) STEPS on confirming your attendance to the Convocation 2011:

 

STEPS 1: Graduates Details Verification

To log in to the http://www.utp.edu.my/dinner2011/ and perform your Graduates Details Verification

Click Confirm & Submit button should there is no correction on your Graduate Personal Details.

If there is any correction to be done, please click the Edit & Update button to make correction on your details then once done please Confirm & Submit.

 

 

 

STEPS 2: Confirmation of Graduate Attendance & Making Payment

Please re-log in to the http://www.utp.edu.my/dinner2011/ and perform your Attendance Confirmation.

Please update your confirmation status and please Save before you can proceed with the next step.

After making the relevant payment, please attached the proof of payment (must be in *.jpeg / *.gif format)

Please complete all the necessary and please click Final Update button once done.

 

 

STEPS 3: To print out your Graduate Tracer Study & Graduation Confirmation Slip.

Take note that the Graduate Tracer Study will be activated starting 3^rd October.

Please re-log in to the http://www.utp.edu.my/dinner2011/ after 6^th October 2011.

Please ensure that your 2011 Convocation Attendance Status is stated as Confirmed then please scroll to the bottom of the page to Print out the whole slip.

Should your status is still Pending after three (3) working days of submission, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Congratulations on your graduation. On behalf of the University, we cordially invite you to attend the 11^th Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS Convocation Ceremony and the activities organized in conjunction with the 11th Convocation Ceremony.

The Convocation Ceremony will be held on Sunday, 16th October 2011 with TWO (2) sessions (morning and afternoon). The details will be finalized according to programs. Kindly visit the convocation process and procedure from the official 11^th UTP Convocation Ceremony website.

Apa Korang kene buat untuk confirm attendance ke Convocation 2011?

1. Mula2 korang bukak web ni  http://www.utp.edu.my/dinner2011/

2. Pastu korang pilih la nak gi dinner or tak. Kalau nak pegi dinner total bayar RM 230 (dinner + convo + alumni). Kalau tanak gi dinner RM 170 ( alumni + convo)

3. Orait dah buat pilihan tuh. Boleh la buat transaction. Nak mudah pakai la Online banking  dan bank in ke UTP CIMB Bank Account (no 0809 0004124 054 - INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY PETRONAS SDN BHD). 

Tapi kalau tanak pakai online banking. Ini senarai cara2 yang korang boleh guna.

  a) CIMB Cash deposit machine
  b) Internet banking
  c) Telegraphic Transfer
  e) Bank-in at any CIMB payment counter
  f) Cash payment at UTP Finance Counter (Ground Floor) during office hour (Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm). 

papehal.. simpan resit or print screen. bukti kepada transaction yg dibuat. :)-

4. Print screen, then atatch kat form yang korang isi tadi. untuk atatch tuh korang delete previous image. then add image print screen korang.

5. Bagitahu nak amik sendiri robe or nak mintak orang tolong. 

6. Submit. Setel..



Then setel la.. tu je. Bila diorang da finalized dia akan kuarkan output utk kite print. Ini hasilnya...

Benda ni la korang kene print untuk amik robe nanti.  :)-
